Lately, Rihanna has been catching a lot of flack for being photographed smoking marijuana. Now, currently she is one of the reining females on the charts. She has one of the largest twitter /facebook accounts out right now with her calling her fans and followers her "NAVY". The girl is 24 and vacationing. In my opinion, she is having the fun and growing experiences that other ppl this age have...just in the public eye. Rihanna has a hold of her career and has had a successful career amid the "issues" with Chris Brown. I say let her do what she wants. There are plenty of celebs who are abusers and rapist and drunk drivers and we love em anyway. Rihanna just is happy doing her and living life.

In the world of today, you cannot happen to see leading ladies of color and culture plastered everywhere. My ultimate definition IS JENNIFER LOPEZ, but for the sake of this we'll put her in her own world.Whether it be in movies, fashion, or tv some of these ladies are known names by now. Im going to center it on some of my fav ppl. Its a short list but Im sure favs will be constant on here. Surprisingly, not all of these stars are recognized as of Latin descent. They primarily are marketed for roles that would cast a latino,african american, or a "biracial" character. None of this is a negative...only a plus. Check em out! 

Zoe Zaldana was born to Zoë Yadira Saldana was born June 19, 1978 in Passaic NJ to a Puerto Rican mother and Dominican father. Her family relocated to the DominicanRepublic when she was ten years old. There she practiced ballet at one of the most pretigious dance schools in the country. She’s frequently spotted front row at fashion weeks around the globe and remains impressive on the red carpet. Saldana continues to seek roles that challenge her as a woman and as an artist, most recently Avatar and Colombiana ( which were really good and out at a town near you!). She has a plethora of honors and blockbuster movies.A multi-faceted talent, Dawson also produced the film DESCENT – the first self-produced feature film under her production banner, Trybe Films, which premiered to rave reviews at the 2007 Tribeca Film Festival – and co-created the acclaimed comic book “O.C.T.”, about a supernatural crimes task force She is also the star and Executive Producer of Gemini Division, a web series debuting in August.Rosario is also heavily involved in politics as evident by the non-partisan organization she co-founded in 2004 Voto Latino which works to promote an enfranchised America by leveraging celebrity voices, the latest technology and youth themselves to promote positive change. A Bad Bitch in my eyes, her wide eyes and smart personality makes her a charming female to be involved with.

Michele Rodriguez. Known for tough-chick roles, Michelle Rodriguez is proof that there is a cross between beauty and brawn.Michelle always knew she was destined to become a star, she just didn't know how to get there.
It only took a magazine ad announcing an open casting call in New York for Michelle to decide to finally step into the spotlight. The role was the female lead, the movie was Girlfight (2000). Despite the lack of experience in film and boxing, Michelle auditioned, along with another 350 girls. She didn't have a driver's license before filming The Fast and the Furious (2001) and had to obtain one during her training for the car chase sequences. Alani (La La) Anthony was born in Brooklyn, NY to Puerto Rican parents. She began her entertainment career in radio at the age of 16, in Atlanta's Hot 97 station. After a short internship stint at that station, and while still in High School, she was given her own show, the wildly popular Future Flavas, alongside rapper/actor Ludacris. Today, La La stars in VH1's highly rated show, La La's Full Court Life. The show follows her New York City life with husband Carmelo Anthony, star of the New York Knicks.
